Instructions:
If Windows login has an error with “Bad Data” in the sign in screen. Take a look at the Event Viewer Application Logs look for CertificateError for HYPR. If that is the case, please restart the computer to reset the Credential Provider.
Outcome: Should be able to resolve the “Bad Data” during Windows Login that’s due to a CertificateError
