Why might I see error code 114060 on the Workstation client when pairing my mobile device?


This a generic error when Server returned an error to the mobile app during the operation. Multiple reasons can cause it, and the root cause should be analyzed by reviewing logs in the audit trail by searching with trace ID.



Please follow these instructions to resolve the issue:

1. Restart the mobile app

2. Try to perform the same operation again


Additional Information:

If the issue persists - record the tracer ID displayed on the error screen escalate the Control Center Administrator to analyze logs for further diagnostic.
