This error indicates the user has entered in an incorrect PIN for a security key during pairing or logging in. As compared to Mobile App users, Security Key users are required to enter a PIN to accomplish multifactor authentication. When the user experiences this error, they will need administrator support to unlock their security key.
Please follow these instructions in order to resolve the issue:
1. If you have a management PIN or a backup PIN method provided by your administrator, try this PIN at your next attempted login session.
2. If you do not have a secondary method to use your security key, reach out to your support team for further assistance.
