Why might I see error code 1540001 on my workstation when pairing my mobile device?


This error indicates the pairing process has been canceled. Typically this is a user driven action however there is a possibility the user did not mean to select this option.


Please follow these instructions in order to resolve the issue:

1. Wait 2 minutes and then proceed to unpair once again. This may allow enough time for pending requests to complete.

2. If the issue persists - identify at what step in pairing did the action cancel and inform your support team.
