Why might I see error code 1520005 on my workstation when unpairing my mobile device?


This error indicates a failure to unpair a registered device. This may occur for several reasons including a delay on the server.



Please follow these instructions in order to resolve the issue:

1. Wait 2 minutes and then proceed to unpair once again. This may allow enough time for pending requests to complete.

2. If the issue persists - open the workstation client, and open the mobile app. Longpress on the workstation you would like to unpair and proceed to additional detail on the mobile app to delete the connected device.
