HYPR App provides an option to easily share debugging information with Admin using the integration with device mail client.
Control Center Admin needs to set the support email.
Step 1: Login to the Control Center
Step 2: Navigate to UI Management tab
Step 3: Type your support email and save settings
This needs to be configure before users have registered. You can't update the support email for already registered users.
Report an issue with the mobile app
Step 1: Open the mobile app
Step 2: Open the menu and click on Support button
Step 3: Click on Send button
Users can't send the support email
User should add email account to the device in settings
Step 1: Navigate to device settings
Step 2: Click on Passwords & Accounts
Step 3: Add any account from the list and try to send report from the app again
