What if I have users who are unable to use a mobile device?

Some users may be unable to use a mobile device for various reasons and HYPR is flexible to meet most of these needs:

  • If a user is unable to use a mobile phone, HYPR works with platform authenticators such as Windows Hello, which is more passive.
  • If a user's workplace does not support the use of mobile phones for compliance reasons, HYPR works with FIDO U2F security tokens.
