If you encounter issues relating to the MacOS Workstation, the troubleshooting process often requires reading through the log files generated by the HYPR Workforce Access Client.
Updating the setting on Mac is as simple as editing the plist file which by default is written at /Library/HYPR/HyprOneService.plist. The file can be opened with any text editor and the log level setting is identified by the LogLevel key. The integer below this represents the log level value.
